Summer Intern Housing

student at Hunt Library

Each summer University Housing offers on-campus housing accommodations to degree-seeking students who are taking a class or completing an internship/co-op in the local area. Our goal is to provide convenient, affordable accommodations for students from around the country and globe who are advancing their education through summer activities like classes, co-ops, internships and research.

Intern Housing during the Summer 2015 season is available from May 16,2015 until August 2, 2015.

Interns are housed together in the Wolf Village Apartment Complex on campus. Each fully-furnished apartment contains two full bathrooms, four single bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen and a washer/dryer unit. The apartment complex features a fitness room, 24-hour service desk, volleyball courts and a Wolfline bus stop for quick access to other areas of campus. Basic utilities and cable in the living room are also included in the housing rate.

Students who live in Intern Housing come from as far away as the University of Southern California and as close as Wake Forest University. To help students develop a sense of community, our summer staff members provide bi-weekly programs for the visiting students.

The summer season kicks off with a Memorial Day cookout. This is a great way for interns to mix, mingle and meet students from other universities and disciplines. Other programs include recreational activities, ice cream socials, game nights and a trip to downtown Raleigh for the July Fourth celebration.

The cost of Intern Housing is $21.50 per night for Summer 2015,  May 16 - August 2. Charges will be calculated based on the length of your stay as indicated on your reservation form. There is a minimum required stay of 30 consecutive nights. Interns are responsible for their own linen, cooking/eating utensils and cleaning products.

Our preferred method of payment is a credit/debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You will receive a secure link to make a payment once you apply for Intern Housing. Full Payment will be due at least 5 business days prior to check-in.
